Why AI and management

Those experiences left me less concerned with which new AI tools appear, and more with what happens once AI enters a real organization: how goals are set, how judgment is formed, how authority and responsibility are divided, how processes change, and who owns the outcome.

02

Background

I earned a bachelor’s degree in automation from Nankai University and later an MBA from Renmin University of China. That engineering training, together with hands-on work in product, operations, founding, and running a company, is the practical basis for how I understand technology, organizations, and management.

03

Three lines of inquiry

My research and writing start from real operating and management questions, around three long-term directions. Together they ask what AI can and cannot do, and how a company builds executable judgment, adoption, and risk controls.

Where I publish

My public writing appears on the WeChat account 枫言凡想, on Zhihu, and on Xiaoyuzhou. This site gathers the published essays, companion cards, and the long-term topics behind them.

The English edition currently collects 14 essays and 11 decision cards, 1 content card.
