In the Age of AI, Everyone Is a Project Manager
One sentence can start the work. That does not mean it can deliver the result.
Before giving AI a consequential task, ask four questions.
- What result do you want?
A draft for review, or an action taken automatically?
- What information should it use?
What should it read, and what must it exclude?
- What must it never do?
What data, actions, or conclusions are out of bounds?
- What counts as complete?
What are the acceptance criteria, and who gives final approval?
Clarify these four questions before AI begins. Otherwise, delegation becomes wishful prompting.
