The More Fluent AI Sounds, the More Cautious You Should Be
A convincing answer is not the same as a verified answer. Review the same AI output at three layers.
- Expression
Structure, tone, and wording. Use freely.
- Judgment
Analysis, reasoning, and recommendations. Review with business experience.
- Facts
Figures, sources, dates, regulations, names, and company information. Verify independently.
Without an independent source, do not treat the output as fact.
For business leaders
Any fact entering a report, contract, budget, or external communication needs verification from a second source. Without it, even fluent output remains a draft.
For managers
The more finished AI output looks, the more deliberately you should review it as work in progress. The final question is not “What did AI say?” but “How did you verify it?”
